Standard Refund Terms

Products purchased from us may be refunded only if cancelled within the following timeframe:

1. Annual Plans - Within 30 days of the date of the transaction.
2. Monthly Plans* - Within 48 hours of the date of the transaction.

* Monthly Plans include all plans with less than a 1 year term (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months.)
You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product, if available at all.

Note: Some products have different policies or requirements for a refund associated with them, including some products that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.


Hosting Services

If a Hosting Service has already been performed, then it is nonrefundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).


Purchased Product w/ Free Domain

In the event any purchased product includes a free domain name, if you cancel the purchased product, the list price for the domain name will be deducted from the refund amount (the list price is the price of the domain name listed on our website and is not subject to any promotion, discount, or other reduction in price).

  • Domain (Register/Renewal/Transfer)
  • Email (Business/Enterprise/G suite)
  • Combo Plans


Refund Policy

All payments to Glasta are non refundable (unless covered by 30 day Money Back Guarantee). This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage. All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred.

We are confident that you'll be pleased with the Glasta performance and support, however for your peace of mind we offer a no-quibble 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all web hosting plans. We take pride in our business so we'll probably ask you why you are leaving, but you will get a refund of hosting fees (reminder of the term) within 72 hours of requesting it.

To request a refund open a ticket in Billing Department. The full value (reminder of the term) of any payment for hosting fees will be refunded, we make no other charges or deductions. Refund amount will be credited only in Glasta wallet, we will not refund the amount into the source of transaction. The refunded balance is usable to buy any products from Glasta.
